All orders are processed within [10-15 BUSINESS DAYS] . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. For custom or made-to-order handcrafted rugs, processing times may be extended up to [4 WEEKS] . If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
We offer both domestic and international shipping options.
Domestic (India): Delivery typically takes [5-7 BUSINESS DAYS] after dispatch.
International (e.g., New Zealand, Global): Delivery typically takes [15-20 BUSINESS DAYS] after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

4. Tracking Information
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
ModernWeavers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is particularly important for our international customers in New Zealand and other overseas markets.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays
